It's called a driver's license- - - -go get it yourself. I shop every hole in the wall gun store I see- - - - -scored 2 pounds of Titegroup at a very reasonable price at a place I've never been before, 100 miles from home while on a business trip.

Buy bulk, spread shipping & hazmat out to multiple pounds. Otherwise, drive, drive drive. Find deals on a can or two here & there for good prices, & don't worry about the 20 or 30 bucks worth of gas ya burned. Look at it as sight seeing.

This, and google, google , google. Find powder in stock at fair prices from dealers you may not have heard of in the past.

But ya never know, and being out & about can pay. Was in Sportsman's Warehouse a day or 2 after Obama's second win. Watching middle aged women & fat guys buying ghillie suits. How's that for your minds eye? And then I rounded a corner & saw a clerk setting two 8# jugs of Unique on the shelf, ~25 bucks a #. I cradled my jug like a new born & had a tear in the corner of my eye on the way to the check out.

Are you asking on how to legally ship powder, or how to have powder shipped to you?

Give a man a fish and he eats for a day. Give a man a welfare check, a forty ounce malt liquor, a crack pipe, an Obama phone, free health insurance. and some Air Jordan's and he votes Democrat for a lifetime.

I’m just tired of seeing powder for $50+ a pound. What the hell happened? I remember bitching about $30/lb.

Hazmat is ~$25 for one pound or 50, one flat fee.

Fair, competitive shipping is ~10-20 bucks for a 1 to 4 pound sized box. It is what it is. If vendor is far off base from that, grease up & take it, or shop else where.

What ya lookin fer?

Well, aren't you just special. Next time, try answering the question.

Thanks.

A metal fruitcake tin, lots of padding, inside a cardboard box. Ground only.

A dealer won't do that for you.

Safer than the way most suppliers ship powder with the hazmat sticker and paperwork.

Don't believe that's "legal".

Powder Valley, Natchez etc pretty regularly have sales where they drop the hazmat charge if you buy a hundred bucks of powder. Sadly, that is only two or three pounds these days.

Short answer is that it can't legally be done.

Unless the shipper wants to spend the money required to be in the business.
