It's great that it comes with a nylon case, lanyard, and extra o-ring. The fact that it requires either 4x 3V CR123 or 2x 18650 batteries is good to know too. I checked out the pictures and it looks like it's in fantastic condition. Just wanted to clarify, does the $90 price include shipping and insurance within the USA?

I'm actually in the market for a new EDC flashlight, so this caught my attention. Also, I noticed that the batteries aren't included due to shipping restrictions, but that's no biggie.
