I bought this rifle about 3 weeks ago. It had some creep in the trigger, so I had my gunsmith do a trigger job. Also, I took note of another post on a new R/M .357 about sharp edges. I called my gunsmith and had him check mine. He found a couple of burrs, so he went ahead and polished the edges of the loading gate and opening.
I went to the range today and have to say, I was happy with how it shot. I got on paper with a Winchester factory load that shot 2.5 in groups. After getting on and adjusting for my hunting load, I shot this group. I will say this load has now shot very well out of two Henry .357 and now this R/M. I'm leaving a little velocity on the table, but it's very accurate out of the guns we've shot it through. My 11 year old grandson was shooting pieces of clay pigeons on the back stop and had a grand time with it.
