Folks I'm having a hell of a time these days with liner socks and feeling every seam around my toes.. Help! Is there such a thing as a seamless sock? Cost at this point does not matter.
Anyway I hope everyone is having a great holiday season!

Hi Shag. Looks like Icebreaker makes merino wool seamless hiking socks. I just typed 'seamless liner socks for hiking' into the search bar and that came up

I use the AmazonFox River.
https://www.amazon.com/FoxRiver-Auras-Ultra-Lightweight-Liner-Socks/dp/B001OPLTDM/ref=sr_1_4_sspa?crid=2GZ9AKN86ZQNO&keywords=liner%2Bsocks&qid=1703638826&sprefix=liner%2Bsocks%2Caps%2C203&sr=8-4-spons&sp_csd=d2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9hdGY&th=1&psc=1
I was buying them for 6-7 bucks last year. They've gone up. Wear them summer too... remarkable dry feet. Keeps them cool or warm.

The saw shops around here all stock them, try your Husky or Stihl saw shops that serve loggers rather than lawn and garden or feed stores.
Well this is a fine pickle we're in, should'a listened to Joe McCarthy and George Orwell I guess.

At the risk of losing my mancard..... Iniji toe merino liner socks. I have a bunion on my left foot. My big toe leans against my next toe which then pushes against the middle one. After putting on a bunch of miles I get a blister between my big toe and second. Insert toe socks, problem gone.

At the risk of losing my mancard..... Iniji toe merino liner socks. Well, that's at least two of us lacking our cards – I'm a big fan of the Iniji liners.

+3. Before the replacement hip, i ran 30-40 mile weeks, and some competitions.
Toe rubbing is a thing. These prevent that in a very simple, very inexpensive way.

Wow that I'd get a bunch of flack. My only compliant is the plain non-merino variety doesn't last long. The merino version lasts much longer for me.

I’ll throw my support behind these liners as well. They feel weird at first but are great once you get used to them.

I've moved away from using liner socks. With broken in boots I haven't seen a ton of difference with or without.

I'm claustrophobic. lol Aint no way I'm gonna be able to do that. Actually tried it once and couldn't get my boot off fast enough.

The toe liner socks sound interesting.
Big believer in liner socks, not just for stopping chafing and blisters, but for warmth—they make a noticeable difference for me. I’ve compared identical very cold days skiing with and without liner socks several times.

I started wearing liners in the 70's. It was the gospel, and I never questioned it. I finally quit using them a few years ago and will never bother with them again. I've just not found them necessary, and am more comfortable without them. Vive la difference.

I’ve got a favorite pair of boots for cold weather that just won’t wear out, but either the boots have shrunk or my feet have swollen. I can only wear sock liners in them, no socks will fit. Surprisingly my feet don’t get cold even down to -20. The liners are silk.
