Asked mom for seat covers for my 2007 ram 2500 quad cab for Christmas. She spent a fair amount of money in them, but they came from China and were less than acceptable.

Looking for recommendations. It's an older truck with 200k, so looking more for performance and functionality than looks. Dog rides in the back seat as well.

I don't have them, but I believe these are regarded as the best in the business. https://katzkin.com/

I've had my '01 F250 since '02 and I purchased Marathon seat covers for it shortly after getting it and they still look pretty good, although they have faded, still haven't worn a hole in them.

Casey, both my son and I have been using the Aries 'Seat Defender' removable covers. They are inexpensive, wear like iron, are totally waterproof and you can clean them.

Have them in my 2020 Tundra. 80k miles. Look new. But they’re not covers. They’re full blown replacement leathers requiring removal of the factory covers. Likely pushing $2k now for a crew cab.

Sam, In looking around, it appears those are universal fit covers, is that what you have?

yes, I just bought a set for the 2005 Duramax we picked up last January. They have been bulletproof on my lad's 2022 4Runner TRD Pro and my 1988 4Runner.

I have labs that are always dirty and wet. Sometimes me too. I have Wet Okoles in both my rigs. The ones with 12 years of use are certainly showing wear, but are still good. Specifically made for your vehicle seats and look factory. Lots of options.

Yes, but they look like factory seats and last a long time. I'm sure there are better for some uses, but for wet, muddy, dirty dogs and people, they are excellent. My only complaint is they are hot.

They look like they are definitely worth it to keep a new truck new. However this is a 2007 that looks like it's a 2007!

I have those in my 2011 4Runner and really like them. They are a bit more expensive but they have 10% or 15% off several times a year. I've had them probably 10+ years and they still look new and most people don't even know they are seat covers they fit that well on the seats. The only thing maybe not great is when its really hot they also get pretty toasty since they are made out of some sort of wetsuit material. Overall though well worth it and dog hair wipes off without too much trouble.

Nothing fancy, but I have Carhart covers on both of my trucks. Nothing fancy, purely utilitarian. I ordered them on Amazon. Not really cheap at $75 each, but I'm impressed with the quality, fit and how easy they were to install. When I ordered initially, I thought I was getting a pair at $75 until only one came. But I liked it well enough to order a 2nd one then a few months later a set for the other truck.

I have the Marathon camo in my Silverado, they are custom made for your vehicle. I like them.
