Still looking for a lighter weight wide hiking boot.

The Scarpa kailash are tight on one foot. ( i was warned that their wide isn’t a wide..).

What about Kenetrek Corrie ii? On sale now.

Hard to trust internet reviews..
Jim says their the best ever..
Bill says they are junk…

Thanks.

Dave

I got a pair of Corrie 3.2 hikers on sale about 2 years ago before the Corrie II was released. Not sure of the difference between them. I like the boots a lot--strong points are the support and the traction, weak points are the weight and the multi layer construction. I wear an 11 1/2 D and the medium width fits me well. I wear them when I need more than my Asolo 530's. Good luck!
