Interesting color schemes on the rifles, but on the bright side, you don’t need to wear hunter orange

The woke rifles would be seen by game at a mile around here. Nothing like shiny silver barrels

Are you also a lumberjack?

Was wondering where you got off to Caligula
No, I’m not a lumberjack.
And no we don’t wear orange .
Or camo for that matter.
We just kill a lot of [bleep] and make it look easy.

Holy smokes!!

That is a tank!! I hope that was a legit hunt. Trophy of a lifetime my man.

Running a transport boat on montague and Kodiam I’ve seen a lot of dead blacktails. That things ridiculous.

And that bear is stoopid huge too.

Good genetics for both.
Those bears are just decent bears though
We’ve killed much bigger
I need to find my other phone and get some pics off it

Mike, a whiff of argon in them works pretty good. Argon molecules being larger than nitrogen, it doesn't seep past seals, etc. as easily as nitrogen can. There's always argon at the race shop for the TIG welder.....took this pic today when I was doing some work there. Very little, if any, argon or nitrogen remains in scopes after a while anyway.

Good shootin' smile -Al

Christmas was great!
And I love those rifles.
Not much out there that will compete/perform with them even though I’m still slumming 75’s.
I hope you had a great Christmas and also a Happy new Year!

Thanks to Al Nyhus for his sharing in this thread.

Thanks to those who posted photos of mighty fine animals. Memories were made during those hunts, priceless.

Thanks to Mr Stick for kicking off this thread demonstrating a well executed <IMO> TTT test.

This has been an interesting thread.

We had a great Christmas, gonna hunt the next few days while the kiddo is still out of school.

I still shoot 75s out of my 223ai and 22 250 ai and don't really want for more. The newest 22 creed is 1 in 7.5 twist , I shoot 88s in it exclusively, they do a good job near and far as well.
