Superb NEF Handi Rifle that started out as a SB2-barreled .223 Rem. Wayne York (Oregunsmithing) rebored and rechambered it in 2019. 1:12" ROT, 22" extractor barrel. The barrel is factory fittted original to the receiver, not a home fitted barrel.

This rifle has been hunted and has obvious signs of use. The new caliber was lightly marked into the barrel but the old chambering was grossly overstamped.

Aftermarket aluminm trigger guard, silver colored (stainless?) hammer extension, H&R Ultra scope base, cinnamon laminated stock set.

Also included in sale are 80 pieces of once fired W-W brass, one partial box (11 rounds) of Winchester 200gr Silvertip factory ammo, 2 boxes (40 rounds) of 200gr FTX Hornady LVR factory ammo, a 50ct bag of Fury 220gr JFP bullets, and one box (100) 200gr Hornady FTX bullets.

Ammo will ship UPS separate from rifle. Components can ship USPS to buyer's home address.

Asking $1000, plus half of actual shipping and insurance costs.

I remember seeing these for 179$, and I doubt rechambering a factory barrel makes it worth ANYTHING extra.

Last bump for a good while. I'm traveling with my family and will be home in a week. If it's still here, without any offers, I'll put it in my son's gun cabinet and free up the much needed space in my safe. He'll grow into it eventually.

I don't really need the money but I'm not about to give it away to anyone outside my family.

Dinny, if you end up keeping it and if you do any of your own bullet casting, I will soon be selling two Lyman moulds that throw a bullet for the .348 (and maybe .351) Winchester.
