What's the best way to service a Chevy 2020 Silverado with a 10 speed.. Flush, drain and replace fluid and filter or ???

Drain and refill only. Never flush. D/F will not be 100% replacement, but it’s not necessary.

Might be worth dropping the pan and replacing the filter.

What does your book say?

Thanks for the comments... Actually, not sure on the book as I haven't looked yet. Suspected it would say, have serviced at XXX milage.

Have had independent mechanics recommend both ways. There's no dipstick. So best I can tell new fluid has to be pumped in via an overflow plugged hole on the side of the trans.. Crazy crap they come up with now.

Does the pan have a drain, or would pump out be necessary? Is the pan removable or sealed one piece?
