Anyone used one of their barrels? How did it shoot?
Considering a 22ARC on a Howa Mini and this is one option I suppose.

No personal experience but I've heard a lot of good things. Of course there's going to be an unhappy customer or a hiccup now and then with anything manufactured but they pump out nice barrels for the cost...

I put one on a Tikka 1.5 yrs ago. Put a couple hundred rounds through it. It shoots everything I've run through it 1.5 MOA or better. Most loads shoot better.

Have 3, been happy with all. Best was a 223 bolt gun barrel shouldered to fit a rem 700. Best group was in .3s for 5 shots. Most everything shot between that and 1 1/4. Not sure if they are on par with some of the other makers but I’ve been happy with them.

Not much to add to what has already been posted, but I have quite a few Match Grade Machine barrels for my Encores and Contenders. Preferred is an offshoot of MGM that they created when the started doing bolt gun barrels. I also have a PBB shoulder prefit for a Tikka that they did custom for me. They were great to work with, the quoted lead time was right on, and the barrel looks and shoots great.

Just got to help a friend install an 18” carbon fiber wrapped 1-9” twist .308wim barrel into a tikka. The hardest part was taking off the factory barrel. I don’t know how they get it on their so tight, but holy heck….it was a bear.
Anyhow. The new one only goes on at something like 75 inch pounds.
Took it it to the range was 3 shots touching at 100 of the barnes 150gr ttsx factory stuff.
At 200 it opened up a little, but was still just over an 1”. Crazy to me that we just slapped it together in a basement it and it shot as well or better than some of my customs.
It really has me thinking…
