Evening -
In a fit of over enthusiasm a decade and a half ago, I ended up with a CZ in .416 Rigby and a couple of take-off stocks. I sold the rifle and I'm looking to put the stocks on the market. I can't remember -- or find online -- whether they're caliber-specific or whether a .416 stock will also fit the .375 or .458s.
Any help would be appreciated.

I believe they are interchangeable - the action and configuration is the same between them.

I believe they are interchangeable - the action and configuration is the same between them. Yes. Same barrel profile was used for the mass-produced standard versions .375 H&H, .416 Rigby, and .458 WM. Same actions and stocks for all. Different bolt faces. Different sized holes in barrels. Sheet metal mag boxes were plain-sided for .458, ribbed for .375, and mixed on the .416.

Thanks, all. That's what I suspected, but the Campfire comes through as usual.

... Sheet metal mag boxes were plain-sided for .458, ribbed for .375, and mixed on the .416. Might be a case of what vintage - my 375 and 458WM CZ550s have identical everything, including mag boxes. Mine are about 15 years old. They both also have 2 stock cross bolts each - earlier CZ550 stocks did not have any cross bolts. You are probably also aware that there's an L shaped hunk of metal that sits loosely in the stock and faces against the extra recoil lug at the rear of the rear sight base. When I bought my 458WM the previous owner also provided a "spare" L shaped metal thingy - they didn't provide these as a standard spare so I think there may be a stock out there missing one. I don't know how critical it is to have this fitted.

mauserand9mm,
Old ones of mine had one cross bolt in the wrist area below the tang, that only. Eventually they started putting in the forward pairs of cross bolts in usual spots, fore and aft of magazine well. I had some of my old ones fixed up with the usual, so they have three exposed cross bolts. And they all had the "F Block" steel in the forearm, needed to be glassed into place, or discarded for a cross bolt there too.
