At that weight, it's probably a B&C, if it was HS Precision, it would say so on the recoil pad. A Grayboe would be a little heavier.

Do you have a better picture of the inlet (maybe flashed?) and also of the bolt cut out? I’m not sure yet what it is, but this is likely a good deal for someone.

I’ve never seen a B&C this light, this scope is lighter than McMillan’s advertised hunters edge sporter.

Probably a Richard Scott stock - the man who started High Tech Specialties in Janesville, CA. I believe Mark bought the business and moved it back East somewhere- I got a few of Dick Scott rifles and they are something special - light weight - good balance-
