My wife just got an air fryer and I just pulled some veneison burger out of the bottom of the freezer to thaw. She usually makes chili and I usually mix the burger in my eggs. We';ll do occassional burgers.

I am looking for a SIMPLE easy jerky / hot stick recipe that I uses Venison burger. I see a zillion online, but figured I'd check here before picking one.

It'll be eaten within the week(s) and I prefer not to use any nitrates/nitrites at the moment.
