Not sure if this counts as a casserole but..
Fry up about 12 oz of Polish kilbassa (sp?) with 1/2 an onion, diced.
Add a can of diced 'taters, or fresh diced 'taters if you're not lazy.
Add a little Jane's crazy mixed up seasoning. Or your favorite seasoning salt.
Cover with about a half inch of sour kraut.
Cook for about 1/2 hour longer on medium heat.
Pretty good for quick eats!

Tater tot casserole with corn although it's called a hot dish chicken curry that's in the recipe sticky above all there's a couple more
