That sounds a little too advanced.
You could shoot it and hang it up right there as a warning to other cats and your neighbors.

A whippet gets to the cat shįt faster than the OP's silly little dog and eats it first?

It's already been mentioned so I'll just second the motion on using cayenne pepper. The higher the heat rating the better. I use it in some of my cooking, especially this time of year. My late wife did a lot of baking and experimental cooking and she used a lot of that pepper. Bought it in one pound bags, ultry fine. You'd be surprised how do little goes a long way. Be sure to not inhale the dust. Not only make you sneeze but burns inside the nose.

That whippet would prolly spread the cat crap out so much, you prolly wouldn’t even have to clean it up.

I've been on the Campfire for a long time and only remember your name vaguely but I have to say you're a real a-hole... Nothing personal...

Use a Daisy Red Ryder and correct its behavior with a shot to its flank when you catch it in your backyard. It won't hurt it, but it will make it unwelcome and hopefully use somebody else's backyard for a kitty latrine. Since you live in town and such.
