Wondering how big of an effect this cold has had on the Miami players ? I halfway expected the Dolphins to win this game. They haven't won a game in 10 years if the temp was below freezing Iβm guessing it would have been a lot better game, and much close, if it had been in Miami. Too many holes in Miami's defense due to injuries. At one point an announcer said between six guys missing on their defense, that represented 25 regular season sacks.

[bleep] Peacock, unfortunately I think itβs the new PPV future of the NFL. Last night was the trial run to see how many folks would pony up for it. Sadly I doubt NFL will be on cable in the future. Wonβt be long and youβll need 5 streaming services to watch games. Just another money grab

Wonβt be long and youβll need 5 streaming services to watch games. Just another money grab I opted not to take that Peacock bait. And I'm hoping many others did the same thing. Sadly, I don't think those small faction of boycotts will change the direction that train is headed.

At one point an announcer also said Miami had scored 44 points in the last 11 quarters. Not a recipe for winning many games in this day and age.

Just another money grab Theyβve had the Sunday Night Football games all last year (2023) Donβt know if you could still get them on the over the air antenna on NBC. I canβt get NBC over my antenna out here in the boonies. But like I mentioned before, lots of NFL games only on the NFL Channel or ESPN last year. Nothing new.

How on Earth did they ever play with 33-man rosters? When I was in high school, 20 of us on the varsity. The JV practiced with us so we had enough to run plays. Most starters played both ways.
