Minus 20 here on the IA-MO border. With a breeze of 12-23 mph it's pretty fresh.
November, December and the first week of January were about as mild/warm as I can remember. 16" of snow this week (how can they measure it when it's coming sideways?) and below zero for highs is a reminder it's January!

Compared to a lot of other places it’s an almost tropical 16* here. It’s been a very warm winter here so far. Up until today highs had been in the mid 30’s. Being surrounded by lakes when it’s too warm for the lakes to lock up, all of that open water tends to keeps things well above average later into winter.
