I've heard this term quite a bit with the 6.5 PRC, but I don't have a good understanding of what it is. Do the 300 & 7mm PRC suffer from the same issue?

They do, its the clearance required between chamber wall and fired brass with brass that gets work hardened especially with brass like ADG and Lapua.
Its a click you here at the very top of the uplift on the bolt handle and can get hard to extract when it gets bad, not to confuse with the dreaded Rem poor primary extraction which can make it even worse.
Usually starts happening on 3-4 times fired brass. This isn't something new, back when Lapua started making 221 fireball brass and guys used it in the 20Vt guys experienced the same issue with the reamer set up for Rem fireball brass so a reamer had to me made to open up the back end another. 002-.003 so no clicker.
You can only size brass back so far thats why making the .200 line .535 instead of .532 is the answer.
A saami reamer will only get you 532 at the .200

The fix also is dies that size the cases back to .530 with the .535 reamer, Redding had some dies floating around that only went to .531 and bigger.

The proper correction for many of the thicker base brass cases (RCM, WSM, PRC, RUM) is a larger dimension for the reamer's rear most portion. I made a smaller die to try with the 338 RCM but it didn't work. If an existing chamber has this issue, the easiest fix is to sand the rear most portion of the chamber. Had to do that with my two 338 RCMs.

It is a long thread but a good read if you want to understand the clicker issue.
