I have known an engineer for 23 years.
He is a serious Christian who has never lied to me.
His brother, who I have not met, is a pilot instructor who trains pilots on a simulator.
I hear he says the diversity hires cannot pass the test.
I hear he says he is being told to pass them anyway.

seems like thats the word going around

I knew it was a very bad idea to hire all these negroes and let them fly planes. I predict we'll start seeing more and more crashes and loss of life due to this insane "diversity" practice.

Same reason I won't go to a negro doctor.

He isn't very bright if he does. He would be culpable in (if) any future actions.

We had one here in town. Very well liked. He crashed a charter last year and killed 2. He's flying in Montana now.

Is he going to pass them or do the right thing? There is no way in hell I'd pass them if ordered to. I'd record any communication that directed me to pass a failure.

If the diversity pilots don't get you there's always the diversity maintenance crews.

That's bad news, but it seems like small stuff compared to the hordes of incompetent hires that are paid to teach your kids in some public schools.

Had the same problem in the natural gas business. Most of them went to driving dump trucks.

Seems like a young person looking for steady work would do well as an accident investigator for the NTSB.

They’ll fit right in and feel at home with the biden administration.

The idea that you can take for granted that someone is competent in the field they work is really pretty much only s Northern European/Teutonic trait. I wouldn’t even call it a “white” trait because lots of people considered “white” today like Italians and Spaniards have tolerated a lot of basic incompetence that Germans and Anglo-Saxons would have found horrifying.

Of the world’s cultures the only one that has on a relatively large scale adopted those same sort of expectations and even exceeded them are the Japanese. Here in America, we are fast leaving our Anglo-Saxon history and culture behind. As we do, competence can no longer be assumed.

Maybe we can get one of them to fly biden around, and hope for the best

I wonder how he could live with himself if that person he allowed to go through ends up killing an aircraft full of people.

A little off topic .
Youtuber's America's Untold Stories, Mark gave a rundown of how many DE&I people "must" be in new movies. X-amount of trans-people, handicapped, blacks, browns, etc. etc. . He said there are movies stacked-up that aren't going into production. I guess movies in rough form get shown to people to get opinions on good bad or ugly and the vast majority are getting the thumbs-down sign.
Mark said this will bury Hollywood and said they deserve it, I couldn't agree more.
