Trying to get a moderator to help me I am getting all the texts for what I am following. I have gone into settings and it is not on so how do I stop this. Thanks for any help.

Are you getting texts, or email notifications on your phone? I see nowhere in Preferences to choose to receive texts, but there is that option for emails. Where do you even enter your phone number on here?
