I got a Savage NRA 19/23aa in a trade a while back. No magazine, and I think based on my research it takes the curved style magazine, not the straight one I have found to be reproduced. Would anyone have one laying in your stash, or know a source for one? It's a nice shooting rifle.

I have a Savage 19 NRA with the target rifle stock and it uses the current production curved Savage magazines. I picked one up at a gun shop or show and it works fine. The magazine is for a modern Savage rifle, not rare at all. I do see them from time to time in factory shrink-wrap packages and in bins of loose mags at pawn shops. There is no magazine latch; just mag well friction holds it in place. I had a know-it-all try to tell me it couldn't be a 19 NRA one day with the curved magazine (many 19 NRAs use a straight mag) until he read that designation on the rifle. It has the half length heavy target stock and not the full length military style stock. By the way, the receiver and barrel are machined in one piece of steel.
