What's the problem? I am driving 2 or 3 MPH under the speed limit. I overtake a vehicle slightly slower than me. I kick it up to 1 or 2 MPH over the speed limit so as to get around him and not put myself in danger of a citation for speeding or worse a high speed crash. It takes a few minutes to get around especially if there are 2 tractor trailer rigs to get around. If I'm going over the limit by 2 or 3 MPH you are going fast enough.

idiot speeders, close call!... yrs ago we were northbound on I-41 hauling 2 cars (1 on the bed, 1 on the stinger)... it was snowing and slippery, 45 mph was about as fast as anybody could go and still maintain decent control... dumbass in a Jeep CJ goes flying by us like 60+... bout a 100 yds out he loses it, spins backwards (narrowly missing us) across the median & southbound lanes right in front of a pack of cars led by a Schneider 18 wheeler... somehow they managed to miss him... divine intervention?... sho nuff bout 2or3 miles up the road this same Jagoff blows past us again as if to say Fuqk U i made it!... liked ta shot the dumb sonofabitch!...
