Three weeks no news , no photos nothing
No one in the chain of command notified or knew his whereabouts MIA for over a week even though he was supposedly in the world s most famous military hospital a few miles from the Pentagon after a routine out patient surgery??
He ded from other injuries??
Q?? Probably only brain dead. I don’t know why he went to hospital. I don’t think they can improve things. He’s a DEI appointee.

I’m leaning to he was injured in the rocket attack. I think he’s being kept away from cameras until all the visible cuts and bruises heal. Otherwise it would have made sense for him to be photographed leaving the hospital. He may be dead or die from injuries and they’ll announce he died of complications. We have generals dying in small plane crashes and seals falling off boats drowning with bodies never found. Plane crash explains the broken up body and never found bodies cover for lost bodies.

After a two-week stay at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, Bethesda, Maryland, Secretary of Defense Lloyd J. Austin III returned home on Monday. The secretary said he expects in the short term to continue his recovery at home while also performing his duties as the defense secretary. According to doctors at Walter Reed, Austin underwent surgery Dec. 22 to treat prostate cancer, which had been detected earlier in the month following a routine screening. On Jan. 1, the secretary was re-admitted to Walter Reed with complications related to that earlier surgery.
During a briefing yesterday, Pentagon Press Secretary Air Force Maj. Gen. Pat Ryder, said Austin's doctors have said the secretary is expected to make a full recovery. They also noted that in relation to the cancer, early diagnosis and treatment led to an excellent prognosis. Austin will continue to undergo physical therapy while at home.

If the Secretary of Defense is off duty, I believe the POTUS is completely in charge, with no guidance whatsoever.
And THAT scenario scares the livin' HELL out of me!

I doubt he’s dead.
This admin just does whatever the hell it wants. He’s probably just taking some extra time for recovery.
