There are reports that RFK Jr is engaged in discussions about running as...a Libertarian! LOL.
The Libertarian Party held out promise in the 90s. Then all the libertines thought it was cool and that it was about doing as you please and facing no consequences, and decided to identify as "Libertarians." The Libertarians have sunk so low that they are now headquartered in the Marianas Trench.
I don't think RFK Jr. is going to siphon off conservative votes at all. He's more likely to look like an attractive alternative to libs who are aghast at the things Biden has done (assuming Biden is on the ballot...who knows?).

RFK has a niche as an anti vaxxer. A lot of people right now happen to be anti vax given current events. Given that you have Biden who tried to force everyone to take the jab, and Trump who took credit for the jab, he's kind of catering to that particular group of people that might be a little miffed with both over that issue.
