Looking for medium gloss #1 rings. I have two sets of highs, both gloss and matte, if anyone is interested in a trade. Thanks.

A quick internet check makes me believe that rings for the #1 and the tang-safety 77 are the same. If that is correct I have a set of original gloss rings from a long-gone 77 that might work for you. As far as I can tell with another internet search the factory rings for that rifle were medium height. If these might be of interest let me know and I'll dig them out to check the numbers on the bottom of each ring and take a photo so you can see condition. They were on a rifle I hunted with and may have a slight mark or two, but are in very good condition.

Rings for M77 are different heights front and rear. No. 1 rings are both the same height front and rear. M77/22 rings however, are the same height and are interchangeable with the No. 1.

So much for the accuracy of my quick internet search --thanks to magshooter1 for clearing that up. Bump to the top for OP.

I have a set of blued Ruger low (#3) rings I'd get rid of if you could make those work.

Edit: My rings are 1" dia.

Appreciate the offer AK, but I don’t think low rings will work with the 40mm scope I intend to mount. Still looking.
