Good Guess AR15 in 223 Rem on a Tripod Head of some sort. Pretty good Thermal Sight he was using also. Could have been a Bolt 223, but my money would be on an AR15. He does need to work on training his sheep to get the coyote in shooting position quicker.  Nice footage, thanks for sharing. Bob R

Worked for that particular sheep at that particular time but I wonder how effective this is overall?
For just fun, shooting coyotes is great. But as an actual control mechanism not so much.
