OutKast is turning out some fabulous work. I am looking through the safe to see what I might just send it to be restocked. Wish I could Find a ULA or NULA rifle action to build off of.
Haven't done one yet. But odds are good we can do it. You'd have to ship it to us. I would need to look it over and do some measuring before I could give you a definite answer.
How about a Ruger American?
Will Munny: It's a hell of a thing, killing a man. Take away all he's got and all he's ever gonna have.
The Schofield Kid: Yeah, well, I guess they had it coming.

It's do-able. But would require machining and fabricated box mag/spring/follower or after market bottom metal/mag. Better donors out there. Thanks for the question.
I would like to know more about the Weaver style bases. Steel? Any chance of an extended front base for my model 20? Not a huge fan of the Talleys I seem to be stuck with.

They were one off. I can make them in steel or aluminum. As thin as they wind up, Steel is better imho. The only reason I made those is that I was building the customer a rifle.

While you're busy fulfilling customer's wants and needs and "one-offing", how about some lightweight steel integrated bases/rings with eccentric live-centers? If we're gonna ask, might as well shoot for the moon. (grin)

I can walk on water.......................but I do stagger a bit on alcohol.
wanted to boost some more publicity for outkast arms again, i had them restock my 1974 winchester m70 300 win mag with one of their proprietary stocks and add a muzzle brake. cant be more happy with their work, the target is with 180gr federal blue box factory ammo
more great work from outkast arms, 1974 winchester m70 222 remington, restocked with one of their proprietary stocks and threaded the barrel for suppressor. the target is from a hand load with a 52gr speer hp that worked before and after the restocking.
Just got a project back from the guys up there. I think it turned out Awesome. Scope mounted up and headed off to my range in AM if rain holds off long enough. I like what they are doing and will continue to support .
i also had outkast arms rebarrel a ula m20 for me to 6mm creedmoor with a 1-7 twist 17 inch stainless douglas, and it turned out real nice. theres 3 targets, the vertical 3 shot grouping was initial sight in with hornady varmit express 87gr, the target with 3 low in the bullseye area are hornady precision hunter 103gr and the 4 shot group above bullseye is my hand load with a 75gr hornady vmax with varget behind it (the flyer on my hand load target was my second shot and i wiggled on it the other 3 stacked in there). i can use all three with out changing the scope, it works for me.

How do you like the new style stock compared to original NULA stock?
i really like the winchester stocks, ive had 3 done so far and they have all turned out fantastic. the lines are significantly different from a ula stock in the middle around the action, but to me they feel the same on the front and rear so the big difference is the carry point is wider but thats to be expected with a bigger action and the rifle comes out about a pound lighter from original wood stock form. ive been well pleased with Glenn and Richards work and everything they have turned out for me has shot very well. i also had a remington 700 restocked and rebarreled from 7mm-08 to 5.56/223 and it turned out real nice too and is a shooter as well.
rem 700 rebarreled to 5.56/223 16.5 inch 1-7 twist douglas barrel with a outkast arms proprietary stock. i dont think i have a target but it will one hole sierra outdoor master 55gr factory ammo.
