What is size 44, Medium, Large or Extra Large.

44 is likely a Large. I wear the 42 and it's roomy for a Medium, so more like a smallish Large. Hope that helps.

I have the same exact coat. Aside from being a really warm coat, it gets a lot of compliments. My wife says it makes me look like a confederate soldier.

Yep, pretty much between a large and an XL

I'm 5'10 and used to be 180-185 ish and it fit me fine.

Now I'm up to 200 and it's a bit tight with a sweatshirt or heavy wool shirt.
