I have read that the Howa Mini with the walnut stock has a slight palm swell on the right hand side. What about the plastic stock and the carbon stock? I shoot right handed rifles lefty, and it helps when there is no palm swell on the right side. Thanks

Don't have any more factory plastic, but the Carbon has no swell.
What fresh Hell is this?

I’m almost positive there is a palm swell on the plastic stock. I can’t get to my rifle at the moment, but will look and report back when I can.

I just looked at mine and the hard plastic seems to have a slight swell on both sides. Nothing major by any means.
