Somebody in Japan has 6 of these for sale on eBay under the seller name Tokyo Media Plan for between $60 and $69 shipped.
Maybe not the color that you really want, but all 6 have some red in their plaid pattern, and being wool they are going to be quiet in the woods.
Johnson sells these for $140.

There were some hunting'ish type colors available buy you had to search for them. I mean...this is spruce green. Should work fine. I may have to get one, I like them. Johnson Mill Day Pack

I’d like to find a good hunter orange back pack. I don’t haul a bunch of weight but need the volume for stuffing outer layers for walk in and out.
