Anybody ever made any of the Jerky recipes from this book? What’s your favorite?

I never read that book, but I make excellent venison, most say its the best they ever had, me included.

I use Hi Mountain Seasoning, Cracked Pepper N' Garlic Jerky Kit, seems to be the favorite. I use Mesquite Wood when smoking.
