This idea is right up there with the "scientist" that thought we could build a big long tall wall in Neb. and that would stop many tornados from forming. Laws aren't preventative measures. In other words, more laws won't prevent gun crime from happening.

A few years back, they proposed putting billions of pieces of reflective chaff in orbit between the earth and sun to reflect the light away. The scary part is that it might actually work and put us in a permanent ice age.

At one time they were discussing detonating a nuclear bomb in outer space to knock the earth slightly off its axis to get it further from the sun.

CO2 traps only a tiny fraction of the heat trapped by water vapor. Water is the real culprit, not CO2. The difference is that CO2 can be taxed and regulated while water can't. It's all money and control. There needs to be an international War On Water to save the planet.

Just think of the 10's of millions of $$$$$$$ for grants and years of studies to be funded by tax money to even see if this works or is complete BS.... I can already answer that question for them at a fraction of the cost.
