Have stayed at the Renaissance at 64/169 & 71st. Pretty nice.

But beware - they will stick you for a $15-$20/night fee for a watchman to patrol the parking lot.

been several times only stayed a few times and I honestly couldn't give you a hotel recommendation because it's been too long since I stayed overnight. but I know you better be getting on them reservations because the hotels get booked up way in advance.

I have’t been in many years. I’d like to go back before I get to old.

Thanks, Billy

I went last year for the first time. There is a "coach" that runs out of Southern MN and has all the logistics taken care of. They drive you there and back, have rooms all lined up along the way along with meals, tables at the show and vendor badges. It is a pretty slick set up and I am ready to go again this year. I was like a chipmunk on crack.

Last year was the first year, in heck I can't remember, that I didn't go. I live just outside of Tulsa so a place to stay is no issue. Lots of out of staters there so I would advise reserving a room soon. Its a big show with lots and lots of dealers and the parking sucks.

I'm only 2 hours away and only have to drive through I think it's two stop lights. but that trip sounds fun I'd take it from here LOL

Everyone has two seats so you aren't packed in like sardines and obviously, everyone on board are gun people. Some people even drink beer on the bus.

I love going to the Wanamaker shows. You used to be able to get some bargains, but rare to find a bargain anymore. To many dealers with super high prices. We always order powder and primers and pick up when we are leaving with no shipping or hazmat fee. You can buy a gun from an individual sometimes for a good price.

Any 2A supporter should go & see the show at least once in their lifetime. I’m fortunate to live 20 minutes away, so I’m there for the spring and fall show each year.

I was tickled pink with the deals I found last year. It just depends on what you are looking for.

One of my best friends lives near Tulsa now. He's been asking me to come visit. I might have to do it during a gunshow week.
