I'm not sure Ol' Joe is as mentally decrepit as he is protrayed. He surely has fouled up the border and the milary in a measured fashion.
One thing is for sure - He cannot read a teleprompter. Most of his malapropisms come from him stumbling over prepared speeches that he cannot read. I heard him defending his classified document scandal in saying "Mr. Biden cooperated fully with investigators", reading that from the teleprompter instead of "I cooperated..." or "Authorities agree that..."
One of a zillion examples. Can't wait to flush him ino the category of failed ex-Presidents. He owes Jimmy Carter an apology.
