Accurate Arms reloading manual has loads for the 45 Super if I recall correctly.
“To expect defeat is nine-tenths of defeat itself. It becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. It is best to plan for all eventualities then believe in success, and only cross the failure bridge if you come to it." Francis Marion - The Swamp Fox
My load for 2 45 Super capable guns is 10.5 grs AA7 and a 240.
Max loads will depend a lot on powder intrusion space with the weight of the bullet in contraptions. More weight out front means less in the combustion chamber. Most have the inclination to increase bullet weight and with regards to function in a magazine it must get wider and fatter out front or go rearward into the case. Most commercial options go into the case.
This is also true of the 10mm, for anyone thinking of "gaining" anything....
