Difference between large and small other than diameter?

If I understand your question the large screw goes in the rotor with the large hole which is for larger charges such as in a rifle. The small screw fits the rotor with the small hole for measuring smaller charges such as those for pistols or smaller capacity cartridges.

Blacktailer hit it. Small drum works great for all the 308.based cartridges using ball powder and small charges for pistol to large pistol charges. With the large drum it will throw over 100 grs of F g black, when I need 140 + I set at 70 and throw twice. I like the ones I have..mb
