If I was to order some bullets for low velocity (1400 fps) reloads. Which would be the better choice for shooting in a Winchester or marlin 3030, powder coated or plated bullets, such as berrys. My main concern on this whole deal is cost and not running into problems. The loads will be used for close range plinking.

I use powder coated in my 30-30s and have pleased.

Also in the 38-55,41 mag,45-70 and other faster ones.
