Looks like I-65 is the dividing line.
1 in 49 seems crazy high to me but reading up on it compared to other places, its not

Just a few miles north above the state line, the odds are even better in favor of the good guys. BLM learned that lesson when they got run out of Huntsville, and were confronted by a few hundred well-armed residents inviting them to "Make My Day!" when they headed up Highway 53 to Ardmore.
