The usual Idaho summer, an Alaskan hunt (me) late June and an Alaskan fishing trip (wife and I) in September. Probably throw in the usual float fly fishing trip on the nearby Kootenay as well.

Leave for Jamaica this coming Saturday. Get warm and drink some Red Stripes
Taking a week to go to Indiana to shoot doves in September
Maybe a week to chase pheasants in NDakota

Three or four trips to the Carolina coast. It is my absolute favorite place to be in the summer.

Dang Arches sounds amazing!
My aunt & uncle just finished a place high up near Pikes Peak Nat’l Forest just outside Victor, Co. We’re excited to see the place so we’re taking our three youngest kids who still love to vacation with us for a week and staying up there.
We’ll hike, birdwatch, fish, explore, and enjoy each other. Gonna be epic!

July 1st I will go on Vacation. I really haven't been on a vacation/vacation from my jobs for about 10 years. Probably go down to Chitina and start working on fixing up that place. I have to replace the Deck on the hacienda but I want to get some reds and maybe go King Fishing in the Tonsina. I want to do a scouting trip into the Wrangells and Also into the Chugach. The drawings are on Friday but I don't expect much. I would like to get my fit level dialed in I am about 35% there. I have a ways to go but it is happening. Bench is up to 385lbs. Belly is starting to shrink but I have to spend more time on recovery. I have two new compound bows to work over. I would like to do a July trip up the slope to nail some caribou. Sausage and fish strips are great food for this hunting season. I get a 14 day sheep season and a 10 day goat season. I probably will nail a moose while I am at it. I have ten cords of wood to cut and then I need to go down to South Dakota for deer season. I want to shoot a whitetail deer. My mother has 90 acreas in Rock County Minnesota and then will just pay some other farmers for access. I probably will head back up after a gun shop to gun shop journey and get folks out for Trump.

Probably 3 trips to Panama one for fishing at least, girl wants to travel to Ecuador to visit her son so we are considering renting a car and driving from Colombia to Ecuador hopefully finding time to stop in the galopagos. While I'm in Colombia I want to visit the cocaine hippos

I take a trip every week....
Stay in a hotel Mon, Tues, Wed and Thursday nights
Eat in about any reasonable place I wish every night I'm gone
I visit.....
Saltillo Mexico Auburn Alabama Jeffersonville Indiana McPherson Kansas Ankeny Iowa Clyde Ohio Fraser Michigan Brampton Ontario
Each week I fly, drive, run or walk to one of these places
Hotels, planes, 9 to 10 hour drives hold no luster anymore

I spend most of my summer guiding in northern Canada and the territories. It’s one big vacation for me.
