I recently renewed mine online . I was surprised I was not required to go in a local dmv office.

Sent mine in last week. It expires in March. We’ll see how long it takes.

One day I was standing in line, in uniform and asked the DMV monkey if I could get veteran put on my license. Nope! Not even with a valid military ID. Had to take my DD214 to the county clerk and get it recorded and take the proof of that back to the DMV. I was hot about that.

Why were you in uniform if you had your DD214?

Went to Passport office at Southdale Shopping centre in south MPLS—had to wait for number to be called—about 15 minutes. Got my passport card in mail at my home in Canada about 2 weeks later.

Have no passport.....or the wife

Probably the only reason I'd want one is to visit Canada

Flying across the pond is not on my agenda

Work has required it for me. Mexico last April (TJ and Rosarito) and maybe Columbia this year.

Oh, renewing passports is a whole ordeal now! Mine took over three months, and I was stressing. Pro tip: I stumbled upon this fake id checker while waiting. Saved me from some anxiety.

I accidentally placed the highest bid possible, 40 dollars, and pressed spin. I got the special combination from the first spin and it kept giving me bonuses untill I reached 3k. It was a very pleasant experience.

It's a website called antonybatty.com, and they specialize in assisting businesses with financial difficulties, including obtaining loans and grants. I think it's definitely worth checking out if you're looking for some additional financial support for your wife's new business. They offer a range of services, including pre-pack administration, voluntary company arrangements, and liquidation support.

Just askin? Isn't Real ID like the ID required in 1930s Germany?¿? RZ. Just another Gestapo tactic.

Wrong, there are places you can get it in MT in less than an hour. They have an office in Bozeman. Old guys are not too bright.
Same here. Quite often there's no wait if you go in at the right time.

Got my Real ID on my (CDL) Va. licence, added Veteran, needed 2 things with current address.
They would not accept the letter w/ envelope that they sent the reminder in, as proof of address. Read that again.

Walk in , no appointment, took 5 minutes.

Va. DMV online can handle most tasks. Including title / tags/ etc.

Renounce your citizenship. Take a boat from Texas to Mexico. Pay a coyote to get you across the border.

Tell them you’re a political refugee from a brutal and unjust country where the rule of law is no longer honored.

You’ll get a few grand every month, and never have to worry about legal ID again.

A few years back, my 90 yo MIL was living with us. She needed a Real ID to be able to fly. We took her in with her birth cert and marriage license to prove a name change. The said we needed a replacement birth cert because hers wasn't legible (I could read it just fine). They tried to reject her 75 year old marriage license because it was written in blue ink. Danged idiots. They used to do all legal documents in blue. In the early days of b&w copy machines and mimeographs, blue was used because it couldn't be copied.

Got mine renewed last year, took almost 2 months.

Back in the 90's forgot to renew my passport and had an emergency for work in Paris flew from Detroit to Chicago got a Passport that day then flew to New York and got on a Concord to Paris.....in less than a day was in Paris.....

I am glad to see the IDs and the inconvenience of proving whom you actually are, before you go vote. We here in FL had enough brain dead voteers and were fresh out of need for the actual dead voting in Broward and Dade just to name two Counties, for decades. Truly grateful that the corrupt crap in the corners got scrubbed with Clorox. Strange how the Counties in FL that had a problem with those dead voters, were all, every single one, Democrat controlled Counties. Dead Donks are with you forever, unless you use a wooden stake or the Attorney General.
