That tag seems to be gaining popularity on some Internet forums. If the non res starts ratio gets out of control and local residents can’t draw, it’s time to throw in a proposal.

Alaska Nada WYO, CO, UT and NV yet to go. These states are a little easier to predict a tag draw as it's not a random draw every year. Bonus and preference points come into play and I got lots of them
