Liver an' onions How often do you eat liver and onions? I eat them once every 3 or 4 years. Although that doesn't look bad.

Prime ribeye cooked on the PK grill with a hickory chunk for smoke Medium Rare.
Broccoli in olive oil seasoned with salt and lemon pepper grilled.
Yukon golds sliced thin tossed in olive oil and creole seasoning and grilled till crisp.
parmesan Black pepper French bread in the bread machine.
Damn good supper.
