It’s obvious another law is needed to ban weak, sick, and injured people from riding bikes.

Osky Don't forget "unlucky" - which is often left out of the predator/prey dynamics. I'm reading (I think) "Deep Survival. Who dies. Who lives. And why". (but not all the time) Some fu'kin butterfly in the next county can really fug things up (Chaos Theory), causing your world view and self-view to not quite match World Reality at the time, all the time. Most of the time we get away with it, and don't even notice. But not always. No one is immune, even the "experienced". Fuggin butterfly's!!!. .
