I’ve been on the email list for Field Ethos for about six months. It’s a different style of outdoor/adventure publication. The articles remind me of being vaguely old school National Geographic in style but with an exotic hunting and fishing around the world focus.

Mike: "Hey Steve, you said your dad has a farm, does he allow bow hunters? Could I meet him and ask?" Is that not a hunting opportunity opened up because he knows someone? Or is it only unfair if he doesn't work at the local Auto Zone.
