Not a bad looking gun for the money. BCA had issues in the past but the last two uppers I've gotten from them were pretty good https://www.bearcreekarsenal.com/bca-bc-201?

I just ordered a .223 Wilde side-charger upper (gen 2) that matches my .22 mag: 20” heavy SS barrel and rifle-length gas tube. Curious about the BCG, staking etc., but Honest Outlaw and others have given them good reviews. The side-charger, as you already know, works well with a scope, and the plug at the rear blocks gas that leaks there with a rear-charging handle. Some of the criticisms of the gen 1s have been addressed.
Balance and handling should be nearly identical to the .22 mag. Question is, which one is the understudy?
What fresh Hell is this?

I thought at first you bought their .22LR upper. That looks pretty good. I have the Ruger CSC with an integrated rail and much prefer that over screw-on bases.
Full report expected!

Full report expected! No I have a couple of Smith and Wesson 15/22s that do everything I need in a 22 AR style.

Was looking for reviews, but not much yet. Looks to be a machined billet, better than cast for sure.
Gonna scope it or go red dot? The red dots sure make ‘em handy.
