Marlin 120 Magnum. I purchased this new in about 1978. Its been hunted with, but still in a very good condition. 28" ventilated rib barrel with two brass bead sights. Modified barrel. 2 3/4" and 3". This is what they called a deluxe version of the standard model.
Inspection before purchase is welcome.
$450 includes shipping to your FFL in the lower 48 in states where it is legal.
P.S....Fender is not included ! laugh

I've owned a couple of these - absolutely great shotguns! All steel and walnut,IMO a better gun than the 870.

Like I’ve said before. I got one 1971, smooth bore slug barrel and a 30 inch vent full choke barrel. Still have it , nice gun.

I had a choice between this one and a cut checking trap model.

My Dad bought me one with a full choke back about 1973. Was a good solid do everything shot gun.

Other than side eject and safety location the receiver reminds me of a BPS.

Reminds me of the Model 12 Winchester. It's a good-looking shotgun, all steel, and walnut, solid design, I'm surprised it hasn't sold yet.

Bump for a high quality shotgun with a machined steel action, and a nice walnut stock.

I used to have the same exact configuration (28" fixed modifed, vent rib). It was my first gun purchase (1984) . Pointed great and patterned spot on for me. Wish I held on to it, but it was part of a swap for a Mauser 98 in 257 Roberts.

The surprise side benefit of my Marlin 120 was how well it shot low-cost Winchester 1 oz foster slugs. Baseball-sized (or smaller) 5-shot groups at 50+ yards were the norm. The vent rib has twin beads ( front and middle) that made for easy and accurate aiming with slugs.

Your Marlin 120 has a very nice stock. Good luck with your sale. Great shotgun here for sale, that brings back many good memories.

A real sleeper. Marlin never had the following of others but these guns are quite well built and functional. Remind me of a Model 12

I may consider a trade for a bolt action rifle.
