I need to buy a new set of rings for a 30mm scope I purchased. I have been using Talley for the last several years. I noticed that they now make a cap with a bubble level. I was thinking about getting the anticant cap.How accurate do you think the level is and would it be worth the upgrade? I would like to start shooting in the 300-600 yd range hence new scope.
Thoughts or better long range bases/rings?

With the Talley bubble cap you have to lift your head off the rifle to see it which I don’t really like. Not sure what rifle you are mounting this on, but Hawkins makes a really solid set of rings and they also make a cap with a bubble that is offset to the side so that you don't have to lift your head off the gun. If sticking with Talley’s I would consider either the Vortex or SME options below which are both offset. https://www.midwayusa.com/product/2420170153?pid=785352https://www.midwayusa.com/product/1019586399?pid=750405

Thank you. I had not thought about where the level was placed. Makes sense. I’ll check out the links you mentioned.
Rifle is just a hunting rifle—R700. Mainly just shooting for fun and practice long range/wind.

any of them---$3 bubble in a $12 box going for $50-- use level attached to scope if your going that route. Your inner ear is more sensitive than any bubble-- listen to it If your really set on one check out MDT and other electronic levels.

US Optics anti-cant level. Mounts on the pic rail under the scope, and can be easily observed and checked without breaking your cheek weld. They have a fixed model, which is what I run, and a swivel type that folds up when not in use. A bit pricey, but they're good kit, and I can't stand a ring cap type or scope tube mount type. https://www.usoptics.com/product/bbl-100/

I installed one of those Talley bubble levels on my rear ring. Useless if you run flip up scope covers.
