Unbelievable! That was clearly attempted murder. What made them think they could lawfully perform two mag dumps each into a residence at an occupant?? Thank God, due to their poor marksmanship, she suffered no life threatening injuries.
I'm under the thought process that if I am being shot at....................I should at least attempt to shoot back.

That would be your first instinct, but what a schidt show that would become. How many cops are you willing to kill? Honest question. At the point you start shooting cops, you become the definite bad guy. These women cops were fu cking idiots. The best thing to do in that instance is find a place to shelter, call 911, and tell them that these cops are shooting at you for no reason!!!! Sounds stupid, I know, but the other option may be even more stupid..
