Six weeks for mine. I talked to a guy the other day when I picked mine up, he ordered 2 of them. Got 1 in 30 days and the second one in 8 days. Go figure.

That is great news! Is there a faster approval filing as E Form 4 Individual versus the One Shot Trust ?

For any form 4 that is a good development.....but the NFA should still be abolished.
in the case I mentioned earlier it was a single individual..
same friend sent me a text yesterday he had bought two other suppressors on the and paperwork got filed on the 21st he got the approval letter and pick them up yesterday the 24th that's pretty fast..

My check was cashed on Tuesday. I was told a 8-12 month wait. I hope your not spreading false hope on me that it could be less than that!!!!

Per the ATF's published wait times, Trusts are averaging 28 days longer to approve than Individual Form 4s.

But they are putting the average wait at 6-7 months.

I've used that same tracker and it's all over the board. Some 3 weeks, most 10-12 months.
And how ATF goes about it is hilarious - last year, I bought two of them (from the same place) but two months apart.
The suppressor I purchased last was approved before the first one at around 10 months.

There's little rhyme or reason as far as I can tell - par for the course for any government entity.

Quickest we've had so far is 4 months.
I have a sikencrshop kiosk.
Trusts are slower, for sure.

I did my last one as an individual since my FFL said he’s seeing trusts take twice as long as individual e form applications.

I didn't know you could get one without a trust.
