You're not incorrect. Melvin sold the company to Bill Wilson (Wilson Combat) a couple years ago. Bill's making a very good but somewhat different version of the NULA.
The original Melvin rifles tend to go for a little more, even when used.

The original Melvin rifles tend to go for a little more, even when used. Sorry, John, that was my poor attempt at humor and why I think this rifle is well worth the asking price.
